What are optional add-ons for an additional fee?

  • Outside food and non-alcoholic drinks are allowed

  • Alcohol must be purchased from Main Street Clubhouse's bar

  • No prep kitchen available

  • $200 security deposit required for all bookings (refundable if no damage or extra cleaning needed within 7 days)

  • Holiday and holiday weekend rentals are subject to premium pricing due to increased demand, and staffing requirements.
