Is a deposit required?
Yes, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required immediately after booking to secure your event date and time.
How is the deposit paid?
You can pay the deposit via:

Is the deposit applied to my balance?
Yes. The $50 deposit is credited toward your final balance.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due no later than two (2) days prior to your event using the payment link provided on your invoice.
What is included with the Pourfection service?
Pourfection provides:
Professional bartending service
Mixers
Garnishes
Cups, straws, and napkins (if included in your package)
Three custom-named signature cocktails designed to match your event theme
Who provides the alcohol?
The host is responsible for purchasing and providing all alcohol for the event.
What is the minimum booking requirement?
Pourfection requires a minimum booking of three (3) hours.
Can I book additional hours?
Yes. Additional service hours may be added beyond the three-hour minimum for an additional fee.
Do you travel to locations outside of Main Street Clubhouse?
Yes. Pourfection Mobile Bartending provides services at approved venues and event locations throughout the region.
Can you create custom cocktails for my event?
Absolutely! We will work with you to create up to three custom-named signature cocktails that match your event theme, colors, or special occasion.
Do you offer mocktails?
Yes. Mocktail options can be incorporated into your custom beverage menu.
Are holiday bookings available?
Yes. Holiday and holiday weekend bookings are available and may be subject to increased pricing.
Where can I find the terms of service?
You can review the service agreement through the digital booking form completed during the reservation process.

What happens if I need to cancel?
Please refer to the service agreement for the complete cancellation policy and any applicable fees.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak wedding, graduation, and holiday seasons.
Do you provide bartending supplies?
We provide mixers, garnishes, and other agreed-upon bar essentials. Alcohol must be supplied by the host.
